Xi'an Baorun Industrial Development Co, Ltd.The company is mainly engaged in development,exploration and production of biodiesel,and wholesale of product oil petrol,kerosene and diesel,and also the marketing of metal material,heavy oil,lube,hardware,electrical appliance,electricity machinery,average

machinery,and the coal etc.
The company is only one of few enterprises that have been authorized to wholesale product oil in Shaanxi Province. It has “ the approval certificate of wholesale of product oil ” issued by the National Department of Commerce .[The certificate number is:oil wholesale certificate 613006]and the qualification for wholesale of heavy oil issued by Business Bureau in Shaanxi province.It owns warehouse and railroad special line of product oil and heavy oil which meets the national standards in areas such as Xi’an,Baoji,Ningxia,and Tongchuan.
The company has been in line with the tenet:faithful service,benefit mutually,customer oriented,open up and work hard for many years , and has formed the stable marketing network and achieved the increasing scale .In the process of perfecting the marketing of petroleum products,the company spares no effort to be innovative and to take the lead in developing markets.
The company maintains close cooperative relationship with many famous universities and colleges , developing technologies of biodiesel with their own intellectual property rights . Production line which

is capable of producing 300,000 tons biodiesel annually has been built based on present business. It has become the priority project supported by the local government.
The company is considered as“A level duty pays enterprise”by Xi'an Bureau of State Taxation in 2006; “Honesty and Credibility Unit” by Consumers’Association; “AAA enterprise” by many banks.By now , the company has built hope schools in former revolutionary base areas in northern Shaanxi and impoverished areas.It is conferred as loving heart enterprise of loving heart enterprises by Bureau of Education in Baoji and Tongchuan respectively. It was honored as “ double high enterprise ” which means both the technology and the enterprise itself are high innovative , by Xi’an Bureau of Science and Technology in December 2006.It was considered as A-level duty payer by both Shaanxi Bureau of State Taxation and Shaanxi Bureau of Local Taxtion.
